02. CAN ANY FITNESS LEVEL JOIN ?

Yes, Kaizen Fitness prides itself on providing fun and effective workouts for all levels of fitness.
We all start somewhere, therefore we don’t compete against each other, we support one another on our journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

 

03. HOW MUCH IS THE BOOT CAMP ?

9 Month Package – $29 per week
6 Month Package – $35 per week
3 Month Package – $45 per week
*Monthly Packages gives you access to all our Bootcamp locations, a casual visit cost $25.

 

04. WHY KAIZEN BOOT CAMP ?

Kaizen Boot camps are taking the gym to the fresh outdoors, utilizing a variety of fitness equipment, including the Power Sled, Truck Tyre, TRX, VipR, Boxing, Equalizers, Battle Rope, Kettlebells and much more. Were so confident you will love our Boot camps, that we are giving you a 1 WEEK FREE TRAIL, with no obligation to join. This gives you the chance to test drive our services with no further commitments.

 

05. PERSONAL TRAINING PRICES AND PACKAGES ?

1 x 45 mins – $75
1 x 60 mins – $90
10 x 45 mins – $700 “Saving $50”
10 x 60 mins – $800 “Saving $100”
*Packages also include a tailored nutrition program, body fat measurements, before/afters and all your workouts saved to your phone, saving a further $200
