Moore Park has been home to Kaizen Fitness for over 4 years. Our Sydney Bootcamp sessions are designed to shock your body into burning up to 800 calories per workout. We use a variety of equipment to improve all aspects of your fitness. Every session is different, keeping your body guessing, and the results progressing.

Monday and Thursday | 6:10am and 7am
